We are a small, established and growing AV-rated firm focused on advising and defending employers in OSHA matters, crisis management and "serious and willful misconduct" defense. We are now looking for additional talent to grow the firm:
Associate Attorney:
You must be a self-starter with 3-5 years legal experience, sympathetic to management's viewpoint, and have strong writing and presentation skills. Trial experience, especially criminal or environmental, is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Legal Assistant:
You must be a self-starter, sympathetic to management's viewpoint and computer-savvy, with strong writing skills. Safety and health experience will be a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
Safety and Health Consultant:
We seek a CSP and/or CIH for research, writing, investigations, document reviews and organization. You must be a self-starter, sympathetic to management's viewpoint and computer-savvy, with strong writing skills. We can teach you the law.
